Servidores da Secretaria da Fazenda do Par\u00e1 (Sefa) apreenderam, no s\u00e1bado (23), na unidade de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias em tr\u00e2nsito do Itinga, na BR-010, em Dom Eliseu, sudeste paraense, 85 cabe\u00e7as de gado em tr\u00eas ve\u00edculos que estavam em comboio, desacompanhados de nota fiscal.<\/p>\n

A apreens\u00e3o ocorreu num ramal do km 56 da Br-222. \u201cFoi feita a averigua\u00e7\u00e3o das Guias de tr\u00e2nsito Animal, GTA’s, junto a Adepar\u00e1, e com isso verificou-se que a carga saiu da cidade de Paragominas-PA, e tinha como destino a cidade de Imperatriz, no Maranh\u00e3o\u201d, informou o o coordenador da unidade fazend\u00e1ria de mercadorias em tr\u00e2nsito da Sefa em Bel\u00e9m, Volnandes Pereira.<\/p>\n
O valor da mercadoria \u00e9 de R$ 159 mil, e foram lavrados dois Termos de Apreens\u00e3o e Dep\u00f3sito (TAD) por n\u00e3o recolhimento do ICMS de frete, tendo em vista as mercadorias n\u00e3o estarem acompanhadas do Conhecimento de transporte (CT-e), e outro referente a cobran\u00e7a do imposto das cabe\u00e7as de gado, que somaram R$ 50 mil.<\/p>\n
